Accepted Payments
Payment can be made via credit, debit, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) cards.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A $125 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice. Cancellations must be made over the phone. Email and text messages are not private and can be delayed. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, cancellations are only accepted via phone.
Insurance
If your insurance is not listed, then we would be considered out-of-network with your insurance company. People are often surprised to learn that they have out-of-network coverage and typically receive reimbursement for 50-80% of fees. We provide you with an itemized medical receipt (i.e., superbill) that you can submit for direct reimbursement to your insurance company. The quickest and easiest way to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, is submitting your superbill through Reimbursify. If you are interested in using out-of-network behavioral health benefits, we strongly recommend that you call the phone number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your mental health benefits and coverage prior to your initial appointment with us.
Our Fees
We offer a competitive private pay fee structure that tends to rival most other providers around, especially if we may not be in network with your insurance carrier, of if you would prefer to pay out of pocket rather than use your insurance benefits.
