Accepted Payments
Payment can be made via credit, debit, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) cards.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. A $125 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice. Cancellations must be made over the phone. Email and text messages are not private and can be delayed. To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, cancellations are only accepted via phone.

We utilize a tiered private-pay fee structure designed to keep services affordable while matching clients with the appropriate level of care. By offering therapy across multiple provider levels, we are able to provide competitive self-pay rates that often rival or outperform insurance-based pricing, particularly for clients who prefer the flexibility of paying out of pocket.
